We know, we know, it’s tradition to go to the Willow Tree Cafe in January! There’s only so much polka a scooter club can stand, however, so we’re switching it up this year. Instead of dinner at a German restaurant, we’re having lunch at an Indian restaurant this time! And, it’s only halfway to Sanford this time.

Saturday, January 28th, we’re scootering on over to Gateway to India on 434 near 17-92. Be at Stardust at 11am so we can ride out at noon! For ride route and further details, always look at the forum post!

Our monthly ride for December is over, but we’re having one last ride before the year is over! Head on over to Stardust Video and Coffee between 6 and 7pm on Friday. We’ll be riding out at 7 to check out Christmas lights and cruising on over to Polonia Polish Restaurant on 17-92 for dinner by 8!

We’re heading out to Orange City for our ride this month! We’ll be visiting the grand opening of Son’s a Poppin Ranch to see their Christmas model train setup.

The club will be meeting at Panera Bread on 436 and Maitland Ave. People will be showing up around 10am, and be ready to ride out at 10:30! Looks like nice weather as things cool down, and we’ll be stopping for lunch after we check out the trains. Hope to see you there!

This month, the club is riding out to Mount Dora. We’re taking the scenic route, starting at Stardust and cruising out around Lake Apopka.

We’ll be riding out from Stardust at 10:30am, and stopping in Winter Garden for a break until 11:30. The route should put us in historic downtown Mount Dora just in time to stop for lunch. Hopefully, this beautiful weather will keep up and we’ll be able to have a great fall ride!

With the New Year ringing in right around the corner, we will not host a regularly scheduled scooter night this week. It’s that time, again instead for the End of the Year Ride, this time to Polonia restaurant in Longwood! It’s right next to what used to be our favorite German restaurant which, much to our dismay, has recently closed. Luckily, Poland is right next to Germany, so we can go next door for basically the same thing. Join us December 28th at the Stardust at 7pm, ride out at 7:30pm. Eat Polish food, drink Polish beer. Go home happy and enjoy the rest of the year…!
